2 coaches arrived at the same time and as my coach wasn't labelled with its destination I went to the other wrong coach accidentally and by the time I knew it wasn't the correct coach the coach drove away.

I waited for half an hour and the bus didn't show up, I went to the bus terminal and asked someone to help me and they exchanged my ticket for the next time the bus was leaving. However, all the buses were late and I almost missed my flight, since 1 pm and it was almost 3 pm
