Horrible experience, something I've never lived or want to live again. I haven't even arrived my destination but the site probably didn't expect that 5 hours after arrival time I would still be 100kms from my destination. Drivers were hostile and would scream at me with instructions I didn't understand since I don't speak Bulgarian. They didn't even use hand signals, they would simply scream angrily at me for, for example, using the toilet (which was horrible disgusting) and I didn't know what to do. Then they didn't use masks, nor ANY of the passengers. They would also smoke I side the horribly dirty bus. When passing the Spanish border with France, we passed 5hours without going to any toilet. I suffered a lot in my trip and I don't recommend this bus for ANYONE.
