I bought a direct ticket from Krakow Airport to Przemyśl and the ticket did not indicate that it was a flight with a transfer. In addition, when I got on the bus, the driver did not say anything about the transfer. I dozed off because I was sure that my destination station was the final one. But when I woke up from the driver's words that we had arrived at the final station, it turned out that it was not Przemyśl, but another city. When I asked why this happened, why the bus did not arrive in Przemyśl, the driver replied that there was a transfer to another bus to Przemyśl. Why the driver did not warn me about this in advance, I do not know?! I had to get to Przemyśl on my own, from where I had a train to Kyiv.

Bus was in time in indicated place. But the driver doesn’t speak English and he didn’t told me about the changement to another bus in the middle of way at night, the announcement was in polish and he never mentioned my destination city in it. So I almost missed this change of the bus, which was not indicated in my ticket. Also both drivers were absolutely impolite. One of them was very rude with a passenger, without any reason, it was a lady in front of me.

Четверте: при трансфері в Жешові наші валізи просто виставили під дощ, а далі йдіть самі та завантажуйте теж самі. І це ще далеко не все. Але, вважаю, що достатньо.
