On return spent 50 mins freezing in NE bus shelter - coach hadn’t arrived 50 mins later (was supposed to leave at 11.10.) inside at reception said coach held up and would arrive 12.20. No one from N E came outside & told us about hold up. Appalling service…We could have gone to cafe & have a hot cup of tea…
