The bus was on time. The first driver was VERY rude and unpolite. I was traveling on a day when there was a big match in the city and I wasn't aware, so I had no public transport and I had to run almost 2km with a very heavy luggage through the people partying aftr the match. I came at the bus 10 minutes early and asked the driver if I had the time to go just in front to buy a bottle of water, he said "I'm leaving now". I asked if they sold water on board he didn't even answer, he was clearly annoyed. Scared that he would leave without me I got on the bus, obviously he left after 10 minutes (on time) so I had the time to go to buy some water but I didn't. We stopped to autogrill after 3 hours (the driver didn't mention it). Here the driver changed and the second one was nicer. On board we didn't have working olugs to charge the mobiles, no one was working and this was not good considering we had 7hours on board. We arrived on time.

Bus driver was in a rush and was a bit short when answering a question I had. Overall pleasant experience.

More staff should speak English; I would like more of the seats to work most of the time: sometimes, they do not recline, sometimes, they only recline, and sometimes, they do neither; armrests on seats should be easy to use and figure out; all busses should have the ability to charge a phone, especially on long overnight journeys - this is basic; many seat numbers need to be clearly marked - some numbers are written very faintly on the windows - WHY? Announcements of the names of the stops should also be made in English; When the bus is stopping in more than one area in the same city, this should be noted to clear up confusion - example, the bus made two stops in Barcelona, and when I asked the driver if we were in Barcelona, he (rightly) said yes, and only upon pressing further, did I learn that there is an additional Barcelona stop; If a bus is running late, there should be a notice alerting passengers; the ticket that is issued should clearly state if the seat is a window or aisle, for tickets for which seat assignments were made; the type of bus being used for a particlur journey should be indicated - meaning, if a premium bus is used or an old broken down one; when the bus makes a long rest stop, this should be announced in English as well.
